PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT
The User acknowledges that the Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, commercially produced information presented to Member by the Website, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. The AstroEra App strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, or distributing content that facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children. Any such content will result in the immediate deletion of the account, including materials related to child sexual abuse. 3. Sexualization of a minor (e.g., imagery promoting the sexual abuse of children).
4. Sextortion (e.g., threatening a child with intimate images).
5. Trafficking of a child (e.g., advertising a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
Appropriate action will be taken if content with child sexual abuse materials comes to our attention.
In addition, content that appeals to children but contains adult themes is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

To maintain a safe and respectful platform, AstroEra has established standards defining and prohibiting harmful or inappropriate content for users.
Sexual Content and Profanity
Accounts containing or promoting sexual content, profanity, pornography, or sexually gratifying material are not allowed. Any content that appears to promote or solicit sexual acts in exchange for compensation is strictly prohibited. Examples of common violations include:
1. Depictions of sexual nudity or suggestive poses.
2. Animations or illustrations of sex acts.
3. Lewd or profane content containing explicit text or adult/sexual keywords.
Violations of this policy give the account owner the absolute right to delete the account immediately.
Hate Speech
Users promoting violence or inciting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, caste, immigration status, or any other characteristic associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization are not allowed. Examples of common violations include:
1. Content asserting that a protected group is inhuman or inferior.
2. Hateful slurs, stereotypes, or theories about a protected group.
3. Encouraging hatred or discrimination against a protected group.
Content promoting hate symbols associated with hate groups is also prohibited.
Violence

Sensitive Events
Content capitalizing on or being insensitive toward sensitive events with significant social, cultural, or political impact, such as civil emergencies, natural disasters, public health emergencies, conflicts, deaths, or other tragic events, is not allowed. Common violations include:

2. Denying well-documented, major tragic events.

Bullying and Harassment

Dangerous Products
Apps facilitating the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition, certain firearms accessories, or providing instructions for their manufacture are not allowed. Users facilitating the sale of marijuana, tobacco, or psychotropic drugs, regardless of legality, are also prohibited.
Black Magic, Witchcraft, Voodoo, and Tantrism
AstroEra strictly prohibits users from engaging in any form of black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantrism. Users involved in such activities, whether intentionally or unintentionally, may have their accounts deleted.
AstroEra Services

Information provided by users through the AstroEra Service may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by AstroEra. AstroEra bears no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Additionally, AstroEra disclaims liability for any errors, misinterpretation of law, defamation, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity present in statements, opinions, or any other form of third-party content on the site, including that of its users. AstroEra cannot and will not censor or edit user or third-party content. The arbitration will be presided over by a sole arbitrator mutually selected by Members and the Website, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The designated seat for this arbitration shall be New Delhi. All proceedings, including awards, shall be conducted in the English language, and the award rendered will be final and binding on the disputing parties.
However, either party retains the right to seek interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi to safeguard their rights during the arbitration process. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India and agree to conduct any such proceedings in New Delhi. If either party initiates legal action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorneys' fees and costs, up to One Lakh Rupees INR.
These Terms of Usage will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without applying any choice of law principles necessitating the use of the laws of a different state. The parties consent to submit any dispute arising under these Terms of Usage to the jurisdiction of a court located in New Delhi, specifically for actions where the parties reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
