REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 
  • No refunds will be processed for orders once they have reached the "processing" stage, signifying assignment to an Astrologer. The User assumes all risks and liabilities for hastily placed orders, and the Website is not liable for refunds once processing begins.
 
  • Refunds are not processed once an order has been executed. However, Users can request cancellation within one hour of payment, and the Website may consider issuing a refund at its discretion.
 
  • Technical delays or glitches during report generation by Astrologers are not eligible for refunds. The User acknowledges approximate timelines and the Website's commitment to adhere to them.
 
  • Refunds will not be processed for incorrect information provided by the User. Users must carefully review and correct information within one hour of service execution.
 
  • No refund for damaged products. Users are fully responsible for post-delivery product damage. For Cash on Delivery orders, users are charged for the product and shipping if returned.
 
  • Pro-rata refunds for subscription delays. Transit damage is addressed by the Website and its agencies.
 
  • Product images are for reference; no refunds for delivered products matching the displayed condition. Services and products are not substitutes for philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. Users bear sole responsibility for orders, and the Website disclaims liability for astrological effects or product reliability.
 
  • No refund for providing a wrong contact number for the "Call with Astrologer" feature. Users are advised to keep the contact number accessible and answer calls.
 
  • Refunds deduct transaction charges, shipping costs, customs duty, and other applicable fees incurred during processing or service delivery.
 
  • In case of server-related issues during payment, Users should check bank debits and follow specified steps. Refunds for multiple payments on a single order will be refunded without deduction.
 
  • The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. Refund requests grant permission for the audit team to access chat/call recordings for eligibility assessment. Partial/full refunds may be provided to the user's AstroEra wallet based on consultant quality parameters.
 
  • Refunds considered for network issues, language fluency, delayed responses, and inappropriate consultant responses. No refunds for lack of consultation accuracy. Physical product delivery is restricted to India.
